TestBuddy ("the Service") provides free, browser-based multiple-choice quiz tests for Indian school students — chapter-wise practice tests for CBSE, ICSE and state boards. No login or account is required. Your practice history (tests taken, best scores) is stored only in your own browser's local storage.

2. Intended audience

The Service is made for students in India in Classes 1–12 and their parents and teachers. Younger students should use the Service with a parent or guardian's knowledge. Nothing on this site requires or collects personal information from children.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including personal study practice. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its underlying code;
• Copy, re-publish, or sell TestBuddy's question content in bulk without permission;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Educational accuracy — no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Questions, answers and explanations are provided for practice and may contain errors; they are not a substitute for your school textbooks, teachers, or official board syllabi. We do not guarantee that the questions will match any board examination. Always verify important facts against your official study material.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestBuddy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including, without limitation, any exam outcomes.

6. Privacy

We do not collect, store, or transmit your quiz answers or scores; they stay in your browser's local storage on your own device. The site may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising (see below) and basic analytics. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ad providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
